Webster's Dictionary defines 'griffin' as "A fabulous animal...". Seeing is believing with this male! Looking to add grey to your herd and finer fleeces? Griffin has very fine fiber and he is the herdsire to take your breeding level to the next level. Judges have commented on his soft, fine handle of crimpy, uniform fleece.
He placed at every show he entered. In 2007 we were pleased when he placed 3rd in a large class of Bred & Owned Yearling males and all ribbon winners were light colored other than Griffin. In 2008 he consistently placed 2nd right behind Mile High Deacon Grey, who was awarded color champion at the National Show!
Griffin's first crias arrived summer 2008 and he passed along his fine fiber each of them! Watch for his offpsring in the show ring this spring!
